The finest produce from around Lancashire & South Lakes is sourced to produce freshly cooked, locally sourced quality food.
Our suppliers include to name a few, quality meat from Udale Speciality Meats in Morecambe, fruit & vegetables from George Speight in Lancaster + Sharrocks in Preston, fish & seafood from M&J Seafoods, milk, cream & eggs from Grazing Cow Ltd @ Selleley farm in Galgate, ice cream from Cool Cow Ltd @ Old Holly Farm and cheese from Dewlay Ltd in Garstang.
Artisan bread is from Aiden Monk of Lovingly Artisan in Kendal. Perrycroft Fine Quality Organic Meats makes alot of our South African speciality meats in Malvern, Gloucestshire.
We are always on the lookout for dishes to tempt the palate and our specials board offers a regular changing array of dishes. The menu is priced to suit all pockets and considered good value for money. You might even find a South African delight to tempt your tastebuds !
WE SERVE HALF PORTIONS WHICH HAVE PROVED TO BE EXTREMELY POPULAR AND ALL OUR DESSERTS & CAKES ARE HOMEMADE ON SITE.
